Christopher has been a chef for over 40 years and using his extensive knowledge and passion for cooking he creates a variety of dishes for you to choose from at this Scottish Highland Hotel.

With each dish cooked to order using as far as possible locally resourced produce.

The menu caters for many different dietary needs, however, Christopher is happy discus any other dietary needs with you.

 
Ethel is in the restaurant to ensure that you enjoy all other aspects of your evening
 

The hotel stocks over 30 different wines each carefully hand picked by Ethel and Christopher

There are also over 40 different malt whiskies behind the bar from the Highlands and Islands

 
The Grape and Grain Bistro serves Lunches Monday - Saturday 12 noon until 2pm and on a Sunday from 12.30pm - 2pm
 

Our A la Carte menu is served from 5pm - 8.30pm in both The Grape and Grain Bistro and The Music Room - please note that the Music Room must be pre-booked
